Love this book.. saw it on a family trip to Alaska and decided it was a good one to add to our infant son's library.
This was an interesting story as far as it went. I admire Libby Riddles for her determination to follow her dream and live the kind of
life she wants.
I did not know that this was based on a true story. Learning it makes it that much more enjoyable. It teaches that hard work will bring rewards.
Another GREAT Alaska story. Passed this book on to a few friends to read. All LOVED it.
Read this to my 2nd Grade class and they loved Danger and the story of Libby Riddles.
kids favorite
This was one of my favorite books as a kid, and it turns out that it is still amazing. Great pictures and great story. I taught my toddlers all about the Iditarod, this year. Hopefully they learn to love it as much as my parents and I do!
