Loved this book! I'm not sure it's a great starting point for folks who aren't at all familiar with Princeless (*raises hand*) but the stories are fun and still very relatable. They'd just be even better with more context! The artwork from all of the illustrators is really beautiful and each artist is a great match for the tone of their story. This is very kid friendly and great for parents or relatives looking to help the kids in their life to branch out from the usual bookstore kid shelf fare. Plus adults will like it too! Just definitely buy vol 1 of Princeless too.
My daughter and I love the Princeless series, but I was a bit disappointed in this one. The quality of the illustrations was significantly lower than the main series.
good comic for girls
Great series, but some of the short stories are repeated from the main series and the binding/printing of this volume is noticeably poorer quality. It arrived with the spine bent in a few places.
